One some of those republicans are pretty crazy. But I agree that both parties can credit themselves for the state of this nation.
Politicians are very good at masking what they are really about, and most can look the American people in the eye and not blink as they lie..........as I said earlier, when we go back in time, we begin to understand that this government began to take to take shape like most European governments. War was as it core. The same mentality was brought to these shores, only difference, here they committed genocide. Our government today grew out of that. I know this cannot be changed, excused, or ever forgotten, it will always be with us...........It appears nothing has really been learned from it.............We can't blame the government for its people, but they do play a big role in demoralizing us as a nation. If theirs no integrity in elected officials, how can they proclaim to be leaders?.........most are a stones throw away from prostituting themselves, and or their office.
Off subject, I don't know even you've listened to Glen Beck, but he has been beating up on everything progressive. He is something else, I've listened to some of his comments, and he is a dispicable human being, he isn't what he proclaims either. You can't believe that the republicans in office today has the same honor and disposition as Eisenhower..........what ever isn't progressive, is it opposite, the only diffference here that many of todays republicans want to push us back to the soup lines. What the dems have done is cater to a large number of misfits in this country to gain votes,,,,,,,,,,and we see the outcome. Gangs in our inner cities grew out of that atmosphere, and even though that was never the intention of government, it supported many of those very households........One thing I do agree with, the fraud thats been committed by recipients, as well as providers have cost the American taxpayers billions.........Whose watching the farm?........the same people that was hired in all these government agencies, the reason for the Bernie Madoffs of the world is due to the lack of funding needed and the people they hire who they know aren't capable..........who we need at the head of the SEC is the likes of Elliot Spitzer. The reason why this will never happen.....they don't want integrity in our market place,,,,,,,,,,,Bush and Cheney were at best 2 of the greatest fraudsters.
