Regarding the CPR/NASI report. Logic tells me.

All CPRs have to have informatiomn on the value of the named enterprise. No one would buy them if not included. With most companies that would include a Income Statement and a Balance Statement. But with natural asset companies it is necessary to include some statement of the value of the assets, because the balance sheet will not give a true representation of the value. Also it does not make sense to not included the results of recent exploratory drilling if the report is being done immediately after the drilling and there has been no prior drilling. It does not make sense to use a report on reserves done prior to any drilling, as the act of initial drilling would likely have a significant effect on the best estimates ie either up or down.

Therefore to be fair to investors buying on the exchange an up to date estimate has to be available, and the way it is made available on the AIM is to include it in the CPR. So PN statement regarding this does not seem reasonable. Besides i believe DK early on told folks he commuciated with that the new report by NS was based on the raw data from 5 well drilling program.

I believe NS may well have been hired to do a new report for the CPR report. In other words they were hired to do a SECTION of the CPR dealing with the reserves report.JMO.
