I don't think there is much chance of a tsunami hitting Florida. There is no particularly active earthquakes in the Atlantic from what I know. Apparently, the Pacific region still has the plates moving away from each other, but the Atlantic is fairly stable. But, sometime in the next 10,000 years I suppose there could be one. If so, I think the time to sell would be in about 9,999 years!
