I’ve seen a similar case. A company that had ridiculous revenue projections of $30 mil for 2011. They are way behind with only $1,849 in revenues for the year so far. As a coincidence, post was saying that Joseph Meuse who is involved in that company, had come up also with GTLL. His name shows up in this article criticizing reverse mergers involving Chinese companies:
