I really think we're putting the cart before the horse here. So far we haven't seen any amazing results to protect. I'll be worried about them protecting their IP once I see what that IP can do. I think the biggest worry and most of the conversation here should be around the product, not what patents they may or may not have, or the whole AMF circus. If there's no competitive product even them having a million patents and being 100% clean of any accusations won't mean anything. If the product kicks ass all the rest will follow, regardless of possible minor bumps in the road.
