Hey Joel, this is for you/Data or anyone else to comment on.....

You know how Cramer when he talks of Drug companies like Merck or Phiser he always mentions the drugs that are in the pipeline...

Well with patents doesn't work the same..

If an idea or invention is worked on for a while,say a year, then the patent is filed (for example in 2008) Then it takes almost 4 years before it is issued.

This last big patent that was issued to IDCC that is suppose to finalize the suit against Nokia was several years old. So they or anyone else infringes until it is issued. That means it takes years for each payoff.

So my question to you guys is.. What pending patents are in the pipeline that will secure the suits againt future infringers?

So again the statement of At the end of the day, it id not if we get paid off but when we get paid.

We may in fact have a much larger monitizable(is that a word) future then even we imagine..IMO
