BTW, "..." (ellipses) does NOT mean just joking, "..." means something is left out if within a quote, such as: "Fourscore and seven years ago, our forefathers...We are now gathered....."

Each ellipses indicates that some text was not included withing the quotes.

Otherwise they might be used as a run-on between sentences or trailing at the end of a sentence as if to say "and so on"
