While Aurelius believes that the Debtors fully complied with their obligations, if
the Court determines otherwise, Aurelius will have post-petition claims against the Debtors and
the Debtors’ officers and professionals arising out of the Debtors’ breaches of the Confidentiality
Agreements. Alternatively, if the Court grants the Equity Committee standing to pursue claims
against Aurelius arising out of Aurelius’s trading activity, Aurelius would hold contingent claims
against the Debtors and the Debtors’ officers and professionals arising out of the Debtors’
breaches of the Confidentiality Agreements. Either way, in order for the Plan to be confirmable,
the Plan must reserve in full for Aurelius’s administrative claims.

So we're saying we didn't cheet, but since EC proved we did and in case you (JMW) haven't been bought off and rule that debtor's did something wrong -- Even though we took full advantage, we can still sue everybody's A$$.
