TPL is not owned by Moore, TPL is one of the largest patent/litigating companies manages intellectual property, that's their business, PTSC is not in this business. As I said in my last post, PTSC doesn't need to do a thing, just need to be patient and get a percentage of the money TPL collected. Same to the shareholders, they should be patient too.

What PTSC would do, the PR stated it clearly, this deal will "freeing Patriot Scientific to focus on our equally innovative IGNITE and INFLAME array microprocessor core technologies, as well as other innovations currently in our development pipeline.". They will try to make more deals like what they did with AMD, licensing IGNITE and INFLAME technologies to other companies.
