jaytaylor...Thanks for that info. Following on your reasoning, it seems to me that IDCC's patents are very strong because many of their essential patents have evolved and have been fortified by many follow-on patents. Some have said that the patents QCOM purchased from IDCC (for $5M to settle a lawsuit) almost 2 decades ago, formed the basis of QCOM's success. JNO.
