To All, The good news is the Markman Hearing Report in the Lucent case is available on Pacer but the bad news is Dave Davis had to pay $173.00 for it.

It think it's only fair for those who want that report to share the expense.

Dave has been providing all the reports since JayKay moved so he's had expenses in the past and will have them in the future.

If you want the report contact Dave at [e-mail] and he will send you the report as well as a mailing address.

I think $10.00 is fair as Dave has had previous expenses with more to come in the future.

If someone or a group want's to pick up the whole tab I will post the report on the net.
