Please let it be a stock deal. Pretty please!

Although the possibility that Google will partner with some of its Android partners is real, wouldn't they be better off going it alone and having more control over their newly acquired IP?

I'll take a lower price in a stock deal. When I say lower .... I'd rather take 150 in stock than 200 in cash.

As a newbie, I would face a screwing in short term taxes ......even setting that money aside, next years quarterly estimated tax payments would also be torture.

That said .... my preference is an Apple stock deal
1 share of Apple for 2 shares of IDCC.

Wishful thinking ...but not too much of a stretch.

Apple already has Samsung by the balls......imagine what they can do with this new arsenal of IDCC IP?
