Ok so they actually went before the judge? Or was there an agreement before they went before the judge? In addition I was under the impression that the purpose for this hearing/ motion was to exclude the Diac witnesses because they entered them after the required date, not to add a witness to our list. I do see this as positive, but not necessarily a win.
Just looking for clarification.
