i hear you, i was pretty concerned about dilution problem too, but now after looking at it closer i think it's the lessor of the two evils. now i would prefer the dilution over a debt problem. to me debt is much worse and when they finally make their big announcement, and i mean when the big PR comes out it won't really matter that much. there will be big time investors wanting to get in on this and the share dilution problem will be a mute point. but if they go too far in debt and can't pay the bills before this happens were done with. IMO
