I'm all for skepticism. I've posted and re-posted many times that investors should ALWAYS read with a skeptical eye, and that goes doubly for anyting on the OTC or Pink Sheets. But accuracy would be nice too. I'd happy to debate projections and opinions, but changing facts like you do (always putting Arista in a negative light, not so coincidentally) is not playing fair.

I don't particularly care about Brock and what he's doing. To me, he was a total negative to then WindTamer based on what I've read in the filings and here. Is he costing Arista Power sales now? Doesn't sound like it, so I really don't care what he's doing. I care about Arista only. If he ever starts truly competing with Arista in the marketplace, as opposed to just fundraising and shooting his mouth off (from what you and others are saying), then my bet is Arista will put an end to it with a lawsuit.

My primary focus with Arista is sales. I'd rather hit $15 million in sales than a moot victory over Brock with no sales (for either of them). In any event, Arista is about Power On Demand and military now, not wind turbines. So it matters even less.

Company has announced and replied many times that CURRENT turbines are meeting CURRENT specs. The only one who says otherwise is Mr. YouKnowWho and his minions. So, not sure what you're alleging again as this has been put to bed.

Schmitz has also addressed the delay in testing at Intertek a few times.

There's no reason to believe that, as you essentially allege, Arista is committing some sort of fraud by selling to related parties in Europe and not annoucing it. For Pete's sake, they even released a freaking picture of the Lithuania (not UK) company's personnel. Oh, wait, those were hired actors!

Just keep it real.
