"Have the laws of thermal dynamics been revised since the 1800's or early 1900's?"

Our understanding of those laws certainly has - for example quantum thermodynamics is profoundly different to that of Clausius and Boltzmann.

"Or are we still believing in Kelvin Celsius theory that 0 degrees was the lowest temperature on earth."

What do you mean?

It's certainly true that 0K (zero Kelvin aka absolute zero) is the lowest temperature that can be achieved anywhere, and that's only theoretical. On Earth, temperatures approaching 0K have been achieved but not absolute zero itself for obvious reasons.

Again, the scientific illiteracy of the majority of the population, inclduing securities agencies such as SEC and AMF makes it easy for crooks like WDRP's Jean François Amyot to get away with obvious scams like WDRP.

While I don't doubt "investing" in penny stock scams like WDRP is a form of economic or financial Darwinism, I'd hate to think that meant that the Canadian mafiosi are going to win in the long run.
