However as you said, that is dependent on getting all the testing, the right coordination of effort to get a viable product for sale.

Absolutely, everything must go according to Hoyle...an aside to last post...I have no idea what GTE has in mind with regards to an existing company with clients. For instance, Company X wants to extend their coverage area to more clients and brings to the table an already established base of 5MM customers? How is it handled? Many variables at almost every point of figuring...I look forward to seeing exactly how it all works some day...rock
