Let's go with the comments attributed to Janet as fact, i.e., she will put out a PR very soon after SHE is notified that an ICC Final Award has been received by InterDigital,... and back up from there a few steps.

Who at IDCC is going to inform Janet?

IDCC "Top mgmt", right? The ICC notification procedure is to inform legal counsel for each party in an arbitration, and that legal counsel then makes the call to their contact at the firm they represent. Doubt Janet will get that first call from IDCC's legal counsel.

OK. How long will IDCC's "top mgmt" take before informing Janet?

My hope is at least long enough to touch base with Nokia's top mgmt after they both have the results in hand. SEC guidelines allow firms up to 3 days to disclose "material" information so long as it is not disclosed at all.
