I have only had one experience with having to phone in my buy order to TDA on a stock they would only tell me had a history of manipulation. I was able to sell it fine online several months later.
What positive news from POPN have you got?
I have not tried to buy or sell any so I don't know what you guys are going thru.

When this pops I'll be anybody you want me to be...LOL
