I hate RS"s too and would rather see ppje spike up from this point. I have spoken to the ceo several of times and she is very careful now not to let out inside information but from speaking to her I have a very good feeling about ppje. I think the PPS will run up before october plus company stated in one of the PR"s that they will try to move the share price prior to RS. PPJ Enterprise should be releasing info regarding there patent software update in 4th qtr. Plus they have major contracts coming in. Not many penny stocks can show the revenue that PPJ Enterprise is bringing in. The $15 million dollar law suit is just the iceing on the cake and your right it is favorable to PPJE. After speaking to one of my advisors/friend even if they RS it will be benefitial espicially by reducing the share structure extremley. in anycase PPJE is a win win situation and its a matter of time before others will be chasing it. Don't forget company is buying back shares right after the trial.
