Fangster, There are tree huggers in Malaysia also. Lynas has built a 500 million facility with Gov. approval and all permits in place. Malaysia needs exports badly. This is a done deal. There may be additional guarantees and minor changes made to comply. It may even get delayed a few months. But it is a done deal. Spent about 25 years of my working life in and around Malaysia and know about the ins and outs there. In my opinion of course.

NSS shorting that causes FTD's is against the law.
