Hey masta one has to be positive when things are positive,well it's now clear Bryan is out of this and the new management has solid roots hence there is no cause for me to post negative feelings about this any more,well at least one should thank Bryan that while he handed over the Batton he did good for the share holders .well like you possibly I have been way high in this at 0.0056 two three years back..

And as said patience pays still holding that 2 .5 mio shares and now there is no reason to sell at this level.

I feel the S1 will have no effect and it looks that this merger was all pre plaanned they must be having some info from the SEC on the S1 status in fact I would not be surprised the up gradation to OTCBB in the coming week and the PR to that effect.

Actor looks to be a decent mid cap company and if they file the 10Q with those figures of 12 mio plus sales this might make a monster run past .03

I feel the S &P downgrade of US bonds to AA+ will have a impact on major indices but I feel that it would not stop MTIZ from crossing 0.009 on Monday.hope we remain toghether positive in this
