In my opinion, we will get paid for our shares first. They have made comments that they could take the company to a higher level as far as revenues are concerned shortly. I believe they will try to accomplish this privately before putting the shares back on the market publicly. Therefore Formula 51 will get their big payday when they have increased revenues privately, and then go public with the heavily improved revenue figures. This is ONLY my opinion. It is what I would do if I were doing the acquiring. Do your own DD.
