No Mr Miller, that's not me.
I'm just saying it will be interesting to see how the market reacts
because S&P all but guaranteed they would do this.
I think this was a big reason why the market went down this past week. Seeing how the market actually reacts to this will be fascinating in a news already baked in scenario.
