I asked that question about tracing the methods of payment, here is the response:

As far as tracking the method of payment or name associated with payment--unfortunately this information is not available to the general public. Our account department does have the means to investigate payment information such as that, but only for matters related to payment disputes/errors. Disputes/errors require we file a formal request with the Accounting Department including the last 5 digits of the card number, account holder's name and contact information, date of transaction, etc.
