You guys don't know what "DD" means. You're congratulating yourselves for following a trail of bread crumbs left by the scammers.

Here are some FACTS.

1. No one is questioning that "someone" filed that paperwork in CO. Therefore, the referenced entity does exist. "Crocus Group, USA" is a real entity (although it probably should have "Inc." or "Corp." somewhere in the name), and it has filed for the trade name "Allied Crocus Group, Inc."

2. Whoever filed it chose a name that is similar to Allied Products and Crocus.

3. No one has shown that this has any real relationship to ADPC.

4. No one has shown that "George Arapov" exists, beyond a name on a spoofed email. I will leave it to Brother282 to expand on this.

5. Unless and until Allied Products is reinstated, it legally does not exist as a corporate entity. ADPC is a zombie ticker.
