This is the word! I spoke to Nadine this morning at 9:10 pst and she said "They spoke to Sam yesterday". Sam said that Paul should receive the documents this afternoon for review.

Paul, Ben & the attorneys will have to review. If correct they will be signed and returned for Sam's final signature.

If they a review and any corrections are required they will be corrected and sent back to Sam for review.

It's all good and moving forward.

The press release will happen only after the addendum is 100% completed and signed by both parties.
