i am sure their lawyer knows the law and the s.o.l....so i will take it that this doesn't fall under those guidelines ,hence its not toast.nice try once again to try to cause uncertainty.geesh...
btw even if they begin a lawsuit a day or hours before s.o.l.....its valid...fyi
