Even if there was merit to this lawsuit, it will most likely be thrown in the trash as the statute of limitations to file such a suit is 4 years from the date of the alleged conspiracy, ie 'the six month rule'. As stated in the amended petition, that date was around the beginning of 2007. Unless the six month rule was implemented in august 2007, this lawsuit is toast. Nice try. You snooze, you lose.
