Wow that some incredible stuff samiam. I was wondering what you all would think about a company called Cannabis Science (CBIS). Since last October they have been announcing that they want to create a new symbol and offer a dividend to all shareholders into the new class of shares.

I just pasted the link to their sad financials and what concerns me is that they have now filed their fifth PRE 14C promising that same dividend...

Man sam, if you could get the SEC replies to these 4 rejected PRE 14C's it would be much appreciated.
They have also hired a new promoter... Donald Shaxon.... I have been a huge fan of this company from the get go, but. I'm ready to face the truth now for whatever it is. The only reason I am asking is that you seem to be able to dig deeper than me.
