PGIE - Kind of funny that they put so much effort into paying for a message board pump even to the point of making their paid "stock awareness" campaign one of the main focuses of their last press release:

In light of the significant liquidity in our stock we consider our new IR campaign a success and intend to fully extend the program with ISG for six months. We have had discussions with them about expanding our market reach with the campaign and have agreed to put up additional funds for the campaign expansion.

then when the support dies down too much to support the dumping (much of which may be by the company to raise capital) they start complaining about - no threatening - people that are saying bad things about the stock

Their most recent in a parade of paid Internet Relations companies, Information Solutions Group, LLC, is a company with a very shady past under its previous names (Dealflo and ExpediteVentures) that touts its main focus as being message board awareness:

Message Board Support

We employ a staff of experienced traders, that are also known by their web personalities. These personalities will help keep a web presence for your company on all of the popular stock related message boards. Message board presence is key to your company's success because it provides a forum for investors to discuss your company. Our personalities will be able to relay questions and concerns your investment and/or potential investment base may have, proving their presence invaluable.

PGIE has always been a company more focused on the message boards than on their business operations.

Robert Gandy has gone out of his way several times to pre-announce to investors the release of most of the press releases.

Definitely some majorly disturbing moves being made by PGIE today. Huge Red Flags.

We already have threats by the company against message board posters blaming them for the share price demise. I wouldn't be surprised to see naked shorts and crooked MMs being blamed next too.

Why is the price really moving down?

Easy because it moved up mainly through the support of pumper groups decided to jump in because of the company "awareness campaign" and recent news. Alerts went out all over. Stock promotion websites picked up on the pump and joined in too.

All those groups have followers. Those followers then jumped in too. The PGIE IHUB forum saw upwards of well over 1200 posts a day mid-pump.

These types of groups are not long term investors. They are short term investors that make their money jumping on and pumping stocks for a short time then dumping for a profit and moving on.

PGIE is a non-reporting pinky stock by choice. Pinky stocks are for trading not investing.

Even with all the heavy, record volume PGIE couldn't even come close to hitting a $.01/share. Why not? All that volume and new support should have easily been enough to get PGIE back over a penny.

Because somebody (possibly the company raising capital) was selling large quantities of shares. The lackluster under-impressive movement of the stock only sped up the process of the pumper groups taking their profits and moving on. Nobody wants to invest in a stock that is under-performing on such huge volume.

That and the "agreements" and "press releases" are just too over the top and quite frankly - not believable at all.

As the big supporters moved on the buying support dried up, and selling dominated the share price today sending it reeling back down towards pre-pump levels.

PGIE behaved like a pump & dump because that is how it was largely run by all parties involved.
