I completely agree, but the reasons and future happenings are still unknown. It is not a fact that is what will happen. Heck, its not even a fact that there will be a RS yet. Is it not possibe, whether or not it is likely in this situation or not, that an RS could be performed to attract larger investors which have PPS limitations, or to move the ticker (or maybe new ticker) to another exchange that has PPS limitations? Present both sides, pro and con, if we want to create informed investors.
