True, that directly after R/S the PPS will be equal but who is to say what it will be a couple weeks or months down the road while you wait for the PPS to go up and make profit as a long. I'm guessing most saying no R/S are here just to make a quick buck on buzz. Now when their share structure is nicer at 200M and get people sucked in, they more than likely will issue new outstanding shares to add to the 200M shares and float, which now dilutes the value of your remaining 6.67% of original shares before R/S. Now you have less shares and less PPS. These companies know how to play the game to suck you in.
