I just have to disagree - giving shares away dilutes MY investment - so now we R/S and all things are equal - then the PPS goes lower - so people who didn't own prior to R/S can get in at a discounted rate - and then they announce stock and cash going out the door?

I cannot GOOGLE anything on Hotzone LLC - I have little to no idea if they even make money.

On a positive note - I do believe this will allow us to establish a terrestrial repeater network similiar to the XM/SIRI designs.
