"George Arapov, 125 Broad Street"?! Sure, why not, just pick an address of a large office building in Manhattan. No entity name is listed and without a suite number, this guy if he existed would never even have mail delivered to him (take it from someone else who works in a large office building in Manhattan). A public records search finds only one George Arapov in the U.S., and he's a 73-year-old guy in CA who apparently used to live in NV, WY and WV.

Looks to me like someone bought up a bunch of ADPC and is trying to make it look like there's some connection with a large Russian company. It's simple to make Secretary of State filings with strategically chosen corporate names and let IHub sheeple think they've done "DD" when they discover them.
