I think you are both right (Keltoi and Philsdaddy). This stock gets treated a like a penny stock because it has not distinguished itself from the rest. Long investors take a risk on an investment when there is a prospect of future income either equity or revenues. NNVC had that back in 2005 when they had the solution to Bird Flu. They had it when they had the solution to HIV in 2007 and Dengue Fever in 2010. If you notice, the latest PRs have no effect on stock price, and even the effects of Cox memos are wearing off. Investors see the pattern.

I don’t know if I am the only one who reads the latest PR and Patrick Cox letter like this, but the time line is always 3-5 years away, even when 3-5 years has already passed. If you look at how long it took for Flucide to be optimized, you have to think it will be 3-5 years before we see the optimized HIVcide. So, that keeps this stock in penny stock land with no near term prospect for even getting on a gravy train.

It does matter when a penny stock company dangles a carrot and pulls it back.
