Sorry, not buying it. Comparing that action to what Promark and IWEB are undergoing is not even in the same country! Kraft is a multibillion dollar world wide business. IWEB/Promark is passing thought compared to the size of their transaction and should take considerably less time. I am extremely pleased they took time to inform investors, comparing these action under any terms is just foolish.
