MADISON SAID IT IS NOT AN ISSUE AT ALL. IT ONLY HAS TO DO WITH CLEARING AND THAT PAPER MUST BE EXCHANGED INSTEAD OF ELECTRONIC CLEARING.



For everyone that uses Penson this means it will cost you about $225 a trade. May not be an issue with most but it will affect some.
