Technically speaking, I think you are right that Phase 2 completion should be once MCMWH unit is out, since that is the one that would be a product. I see that Wanderport based their claim for a completion of Phase 2 on their completion and favorable result of SCMWH. May be to them MCMWH is just a part of the productline. Well, at least things are clearer this time around. I like Martel's writing, it is quite plain and no interpretation needed like before.
