1) TYTN is DTC eligible and up to date. That is great for a sub penny stock. This is another plus that Mark takes care of business. It may not mean much to some, but I learned a $225 lesson with a non dtc eligible today. Also, don't think you are out of the woods with Ameritrade. I set up an account with them today and they said there was no guarantee that a non dtc eligible stock could be traded down the road, Ameritrade will not charge the high fees but you could be stuck holding a stock.
2) A pr release through Transfer Online costs $200 and that's it. It does not cost TYTN thousands. Check the website, it is right there on the home page.
