i did a search on yahoo about formula 51.heres some of what i found out..they are a major investment firm (as called by the article). they are invested in real estate and also own a manufacturing company (no name given).there business plan is acquiring undervalued businesses and making changes to them to turn a profit.there were many major news companines covering this story. i think its legit,why the low price? i dont know.maybe many investros turned off by the r/s's?...maybe being a pink sheet company?... many investors wont touch a pink sheet as for me. im buying monday.i feel alot more confident about this deal after doing some research.
