NeoMedia had infringement attorneys Baniak & Pine from way back in 2003 under the Fritz administration chase down Virgin, ScanBuy, L-Scan, Air Click, etc. and yet GO failed to pay them for their work by instructing Zima to "hold the money hostage". B&P could also have been instrumental in obtaining recent licensing agreements with Kodak and e-Bay as well. However, we simply don't know what the status of the IP is with respect to not having an infringement law firm currently representing us and any/all prospective future licensing agreements. I personally find this lack of IP representation distrubing. Just what is GO doing?
