nicehit: Good point... i think their biggest mistake is playing the "nice guy" role and allowing companies to "voluntarily come to them" instead of IP trolling. No one is coming unless they have too and if you make it voluntary... well they don't have too... so what happens, Neomedia gets ran over...

I know they could find a lot of law firms who would work for free (until some patent settlement) for a chance to go after a major player..
