Nadine said that there is conversation going on between all the parties. She said because Sam's attorney was in China and didn't return until Friday, the documents were not completed. She said that he was now in Korea and was polishing them up and they expect them by the end of the week. This might be what Smith007 was eluding to.

I'm comfortable with this information and have no reason to doubt it.

I also asked Nadine how long she was with xmdc. She said about 3 years. I asked her what her job duties were. She said she was an assistant. This put her as Paul right hand lady as I see it. One more question I asked was did she have shares. She said "No comment"
