Yeah... ACYD has a pretty unique "for-profit model" that actually taps into non-profit businesses.. this housing model fits nicely with current economic conditions. It's not like they're trying to SELL houses. They are providing transitional housing for folks in need, and the NEED is ever present. They're definitely in a decent place to make money right now.
