And, in regards to the zero warrants on the last raise, I believe Basis negotiated for their clients that the 6 month restriction be removed as a kind of trade-off. That might have also played into WSGI pulling the plug on the offering early, I don't know. I might add, that although the latest S-1 has been released, to date the SEC has not blessed those shares as being free trading yet. Still waiting. . .
