Rmarchma - sorry it took so long to reply...thanks for the details. It seems the key reason the stock is nervous then is the fact that the ICC could in fact rule that there is no trigger...if there is NO DEBATE there, the stock st this price makes zero sense.

Unless anyone thinks the tribunal is looking at patent validity?!?
