That's what I was trying to say. It come to us too conveniently. Just like you said there is the nondisclosure issue. I would say that this is a big issue here.

1) This agreement was mediated and if this is truely a leak from someone that worked with the firm that helped mediate it, they would be liable for a suit from the meadiating parties. That would be Sam & Paul.

2) I'm skeptical because you would have to be remise to talk in this hub about that. I mean I for one would know that if I had that info, I wouldn't broadcast it on this hub. My God, I asked the question yesterday. What are the odds and can this be for real? And the other question is if it isn't, Why is it being thrown out there and by whom?

You see I'm a little skepticle also.
