Seems to me, microsoft has their own patents and now being hooked up with apple with the smartphone market wouldn't have the need for patents as nok has a large portfolio for trading protection. Google is the only one that is vunerable. Apple and microsoft doesn't have the critical need as much as google. mo. .. nic

Considering how much cash MSFT has... and the one whose days of glory/power otherwise seem to be over ... Howcome you people don't think of MSFT as the winner of the bidding war?
