Why did IDCC expose itself to the poor history of the JPO in their Matsushita licensing agreement? It seems to me that Matsushita is taking advantage.In my opinion, IDCC should be aware of the unfair practices of the JPO and use the US Patent office as the basis of its agreements in Japan. What am I missing? TIA
